Gregory Crewdson: Sactuary

Gregory Crewdson’s Sanctuary series was first exhibited at Gagosian Gallery on Madison Avenue in September 2010. The series of forty-one black-and-white photographs, shot at the legendary Cinnecitta studios in Rome, were subsequently exhibited at White Cube and at Gagosian Gallery Rome.
The frames were designed in collaboration with the artist. They are simple aluminum frames with a hand applied patina. The frames are glazed with Luxar non-reflective, UV shielding, laminated glass.
